Studio Madane has been networked through 7 discipline-based Working Groups since 2019. Each represents a community of practice that has shaped our ventures, research, collaborations, programs, and and point of view, with more than 250+ contributors passing through across our cities of work.
Working Groups are how we structure talent: when a project, commission, or venture needs depth in a specific field, we activate the relevant group. When a piece of work is in maintained mode, the group rests.
One example of our workflow is the iterative progression from Ecosystem Mapping to Problem Solving, Networking, Prototyping, Execution, and finally Repositioning. Members from selected working groups engage at different stages of this process, depending on the competencies, expertise, and perspectives required at each point.
