Our Youth Politicians


The Youth Politicians Working Group is a dynamic team of young leaders actively participating in change-making and political reform in Lebanon. United in opposition to corruption, this group focuses on bridging the gaps between opposition forces by emphasizing shared values over divisive differences. By multiscalar collaboration, the group strengthens the longevity and effectiveness of Lebanon’s progressive political agenda, representing a new wave of leadership that is just, secular, reform-oriented, and committed to systemic change.

In a world increasingly demanding transparency, justice, and inclusivity, the Youth Politicians Working Group stands as the catalysts for systemic transformation. Its grassroots approach demonstrates how youth-driven initiatives can serve as global examples in creating partnerships with progressive movements, navigating identity politics, advancing organizational development, and conducting impactful research. By participating, you contribute to creating a political culture rooted in integrity, equity, and resilience, offering a roadmap for sustainable reform not just in Lebanon, but in the Euromediterranean, and worldwide. 

Who Should Join?

This working group welcomes active youth politicians aged 18 and above who are engaged in civil society activities or aligned with alternative and progressive movements opposing the entrenched corrupt system. Participants should have a passion for reshaping the political landscape and introducing progressive ideologies to their communities.

What Can You Expect?

Members participate in result-oriented sessions, including live and online workshops, field surveys, mobilizations, and collaborative projects. Key outcomes include developing actionable agendas, drafting social contracts, forming political stances, producing research reports, creating one-pagers, building consensus, and addressing critical knowledge gaps in areas like economics, history, and social sciences. The group embodies a microcosm of Lebanon’s diverse society and serves as a platform for refining and amplifying reformist ideologies.
